How it works

When a patient walks into our office we want to make them feel very comfortable and want them to know that they are in the right place.  Our friendly staff will make sure the patient has a great experience.

Most people who come to us, are in pain, so our primary goal is to help them feel better as soon as possible.  Our integrated  treatment plan will be specific for each patient.  It will include some or all of the services we provide.

First we will take x-rays if needed, and analyze how the structure of the spine is affecting the function of the nerves and muscles. Every single cell and tissue in your body has a nerve supply to it.  In order for these nerves to work in an optimal way, they need to be free from any type of nerve pressure.  We will check your spine and make sure we correct any areas of body imbalance, and correct any misalignments causing nerve pressure through gentle spinal adjustments.

Our physical therapy program is meant to decrease pain, increase function and strengthen any  areas that are weak.  Our licensed physical therapist will work with you one on one to focus on your specific areas of pain or weakness.

We specialize in treating Back pain, Sciatica, Neck pain, upper back pain, shoulder pain, elbow pain, hip pain, ankle pain & more pain areas.

We have found that the most effective type of massage therapy is neuromuscular therapy or Trigger point therapy.  This consists of alternating levels of concentrated pressure on the areas of muscle spasm.  This type of massage is combined with a more gentle massage to increase blood circulation, improve range of motion and to increase endorphin levels ( feel good chemicals).

This gentle treatment is used to take pressure off the nerves and discs.  Typically most patients see results within 8-10 visits.  The spine is gently stretched and relaxed intermittently in a controlled manner for up to 28 minutes.

This is a form of Chinese medicine that can be traced back at least 2,500 years.  The body contains patterns of energy flow known as Qi (chee) and proper flow of Qi is considered necessary to maintain health & body balance.  Acupuncture needles are used to stimulate the Central Nervous System (brain and spinal cord) to relieve pain and create a sense of relaxation.
